Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to natural calamity, government-imposed restrictions, road blockages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we offer full rescheduling at no penalty. Refunds in such cases are subject to recoverable costs from hotels and transporters.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all tours, particularly Kashmir packages given the high-altitude terrain and weather variability. Trip Free World does not provide travel insurance directly. Travelers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal liability before commencing travel.
Trip Free World reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries at any time due to weather conditions, road conditions, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will arrange the best available alternative. No refund will be provided for activities or destinations missed due to such circumstances, but we will make every effort to reschedule them within the tour.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the negligence of third-party service providers. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that was deficient. We are not responsible for losses due to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or other force majeure events.
